Lucky Thrillz Account Verification (KYC)
Lucky Thrillz verifies accounts to confirm identity, age, address, and ownership of the payment method before certain withdrawals or when account activity triggers extra checks.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Lucky Thrillz requests a clear photo or scan of a government-issued document (passport, national ID card, or driver’s licence). The file must show the full name, date of birth, document number, issue/expiry dates, and a readable photo. The casino rejects cropped images, edited files, and documents that are expired.
- Address proof: Lucky Thrillz accepts a document dated within the last 90 days that shows your full name and current residential address. Typical options are a utility bill (electricity, gas, water), a bank or card statement, or a local tax/municipal letter. Screenshots from apps get rejected when they don’t show the issuer name, date, and full address on the same page.
- Payment method: Lucky Thrillz checks that the deposit method belongs to the account holder. For bank cards, it asks for photos of the front and back with the middle digits masked (only the first 6 and last 4 visible) and the CVV hidden; the cardholder name and expiry date must remain visible. For e-wallets, it asks for a screenshot or PDF from the wallet account showing the account ID/email and recent transactions matching the deposits.
Verification becomes mandatory before the first withdrawal and can be requested earlier after high-value deposits, a change of personal details, multiple payment methods, or security flags such as repeated failed login attempts.
Lucky Thrillz runs the check in 1–24 hours after you upload complete documents; if the images are unclear or details don’t match the account profile, it takes 2–3 business days because the casino asks for re-uploads.
Current state: Lucky Thrillz uses a standard three-part KYC flow (ID, address, payment method) and typically clears complete submissions within one day.
